BERNITA "Bea" BULWAN IS A LICENSED BROKER/ASSOCIATE with Pineapple Gulf Properties.  "BEA" hails from the Jersey Shore, coming to Florida, in 1956.  Her real estate experience started early on by selling her own residence in Sarasota before she was 21.  Life took hold and kids were raised before she took on the real estate market again in 1983.  She learned the condo market literally from the ground up by developing and selling her own condominium projects, with her husband, in the Rotonda West market of the 80's.  In 1987 she contracted to work for the Swedish developer, Peder Wallenberg, in a luxury development in Placida.  A rental program for the vacation beach properties on Little Gasparilla Island was her first ongoing project.  She accomplished that project along with selling the developer inventory of residential vacant land and luxury condominiums on the island and the mainland. "BEA" has the knowledge of selling, renting, development and also condominium management in her repertoire.  Her credentials include membership in the National Association, Florida Association and Englewood Board of Realtors.  "BEA" is and has been a Broker/Owner, Broker/Associate, Developer, Realtor, Mortgage Broker, Notary Public, Leasing Agent, Property Manager and Condominium Manager during her expansive career.  Her knowledge also includes the current market of short sales, REO properties, BPO's and self-directed IRAs.
