Glenda McDorman is the Broker/Owner of Pineapple Gulf Properties, LLC.  Glenda moved to Florida in 2006 although she maintained a second home in Englewood since 2003.  Prior to relocating to Florida, Glenda was a Broker Associate for four years on the Outer Banks of North Carolina where she specialized in properties in the "off road" area of Corolla.  Glenda is a member of the Englewood Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the Englewood Board of Realtors.  Glenda also served as the 2009 Secretary for the Women's Council of Realtors and has been re-elected for 2010.  January of 2008 Glenda, Nicole and Barbara teamed up to open Pineapple Gulf Property Management renting and managing seasonal and annual properties.  Since many of our owners/residents are seasonal, it prompted the creation of HOME WATCH, a division of Pineapple Gulf Property Management in January 2009.  Prior to her real estate career, Glenda spent over 30 years in the corporate world in such positions as Business Office Supervisor,  Budget Analyst, Account Manager and Vice-President of Operations.   She was born and raised in Southern California but spent over 20 years in Virigina before moving to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
