Rotonda West  www.rotondawest.org is a peaceful, planned community situated near the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida.  Located mid-way between Sarasota and Ft. Myers, the community contains 8,000 home sites, most of which are situated on the Rotonda West River Canal.  Residents are predominantly full-time home owners as well as tenants and those come here in the winter months.  Rotonda West is a Deed Restricted community with a mandatory home owners association.   

In additon to being close to area beaches and shopping, Rotonda West is a golfing community with 6 courses that challenge all skill levels.  Four of the courses are owned and operated by Rotonda Golf & Country Club:  The Hills, The Palms, The Links and Long Marsh.  Pinemoor Golf, Inc. owns and operates the other two courses: Pinemoor East and Pinemoor West.
